Community Organizations

Backyard Growers – A grassroots organization reshaping Gloucester’s relationship with food. Offerings include gardening programs, cooking workshops, and public events to get families and individuals excited about growing and cooking their own food.

Cape Ann Museum -An art museum with offerings for children including free art  – workshops, Young at Art playgroup, family tours on the last Saturday of every month, an activity center playroom, four floors of galleries and sculpture parks. Kids always visit free.

Cape Ann YMCA – The Cape Ann YMCA offers childcare services and youth, adult, and family programming.
